Rock Sound Magazine presents the Big Scary Monsters Christmas Tour 2006 The festive season seems to come even earlier with every passing year and Big Scary Monsters Records are already on the bandwagon. Secondsmile, the guitar tapping agressive post-rockers from Dorset, Meet Me In St Louis, the off-kilter, spazzy boys from Surrey and Yndi Halda, the creators of beautiful post-rock, shoe-gazing splendour (whose name may not immediately suggest it, but actually hail from Kent) join forces to spread the festive cheer up and down the UK this December. Just like 2005's affair (with Secondsmile, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly and Itch), Rock Sound will be wearing the sponsorship shoes as we party away in the name of Christmas joy, promising the usual array of free things, tacky decorations and mince pies, all presented by a drunk in a Santa costume.
