For all those of you who enjoyed the quieter side to Beach Slang shown on their recent EP, We Were Babies & We Were Dirtbags, Quiet Slang returns with a full-length record - Everything Matters But No One Is Listening.
Beach Slang sprung out of Philadelphia just one year ago and have already taken the world by storm. Their first two EPs (re-released by ourselves earlier this year) - Broken Thrills - flew out and perfectly paved the way for this brilliant album- 10 tracks of heart on your sleeve, sing-along anthems.
Originally released in April 2015 and sold out almost immediately, Broken Thrills combines the bands first two EPs and was their debut European release, ahead of the critically acclaimed album 'The Things We Do To Find People Who Feel Like Us'
In April 2016 Broken Thrills was re-released for Record Store Day on a beautiful picture disc, featuring artwork by their very talented friend Drew Millward.
This band doesn't mess around. Less than a year after the release of their critically acclaimed debut, Beach Slang drop A Loud Bash Of Teenage Feelings, their brilliant follow up record. Comprised of ten typically heart on the sleeve, fist in the air punk anthems, the album is released across three formats, including a highly limited cassette and vinyl which features a huge 16 page lyric booklet.
Following on from their Here I Made This For You, Mix Tape Vol 1 for Cassette Store Day last year, Beach Slang are back in 2017 to bring you Vol 2.
Available on super limited tape, it features covers of iconic tracks by The Adverts, Oxford's very own The Candyskins, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Tommy Keene and The Modern Lovers.
