Rosa Valle

August 2011 sees the release of Rosa Valle's debut EP, 'Holy Bermuda', via Big Scary Monsters and Holy Roar Records. Released on one-sided 12" (with the b-side of every copy customized by the band themselves!) and on limited edition, die-cut CD, fans of Rolo Tomassi, Blakfish, Brontide, Shapes, Maths, We'll Die Smiling, Tubelord, Antares, Gallops etc etc should find something they love here.

This band really are that unique and wide reaching - incredibly catchy intricate tunes that are not afraid to swing from serene to blistering. Impossibly young and impossibly talented, the bare fact that this ep was recorded only a few months after the band formed, is jaw-dropping. Exploratory, without ever being pretentious.

Having already appeared on BSM's '11 collection digital singles club earlier this year, Holy Roar caught the band live in their home town, and the deal was sealed for the first ever band to be on both labels. If that doesn't give you a clue, nothing will!
